We use only Ethiopian Humera and Sudanese Gedaref sesame to produce a bitterness free, creamy, aromatic Tahini. After light roasting it is ground in a traditional stone mil and bottled in state of the art factory.

Our Tahini style is made following Lebanese tradition, and fits perfectly middle eastern dishes as Hummus, Siniya, Tahini dip etc.

Our Tahini has no additives, no added salt, no Titanium Dioxide.

Produced under the strict BRC Food standard. We monitor each batch with in-house laboratory to make sure no contamination has occurred.  We also use external lab services (SGS) to help us monitor the quality and safety of the product.

“The Perfect Choice For Hummus and Other Middle Easten Dishes”

  • Tofu is great source of protein and my favourite Japanese(pan-east Asian) ingredients. When I was a little, my mother often sent me and my sister to neighbourhood mom and pop tofu store with empty kitchen bowl in hand and we brought back tofu in it, which is freshly made that morning. Yes, there used to be a little more sustainable practice of tofu retail than what we have today.
I still remember clearly the sweet flagrance of heated tofu mash, cold water pool and pure white blocks of tofu floating in it, and tofu lady’s hands turning red from dealing with cold water all the time.
Vacuum packed tofu, however, is really good fridge stock food in time of quarantine. It has so many use in cooking and give volume to dishes like I did tonight.
I have roasted onion, carrot and broccoli in the oven, and boiled cubed tofu in hot water for a few minutes for better texture. I have reconstituted Japanese dried ‘wakame’ seaweed and tossed all in salad dressing of soy sauce, miso, tahini (we use similar toasted sesame paste in Japan), flux oil and balsamic vinegar, then topped the salad with toasted pumpkin seeds, fresh basil leaves and home grown fresh pea green. .

  • ROSE HARISSA & TAHINI NOODLE SALAD 🍜  I recently made this @sabrinaghayour dish for the first the first time and it has instantly become one of my absolute favourites! It goes down a storm with everyone I make it for 👍🏼 It feels really light but it is filled to the brim with flavour and really packs a punch! You really need to try this one out!! Recipe below 👇🏽
1️⃣ The recipe tells you to boil soba noodles however all I had in the house was fresh egg noodles so that was what I used. It would work just as well with any dried noodles that you would need to boil first.
2️⃣ I’m a bowl mix 3 x tbsp of tahini, 2 x tbsp of rose harissa paste, 2 x tbsp of honey, half the juice of 1 lime, 1 x clove of chopped garlic and 6 x tbsp of warm water. Mix well into a runny sauce. 
3️⃣ Rinse some tenderstem broccoli, I used 1 large packet. Place them in a pan with some olive oil (I also used 1 chopped clove of garlic) and stir fry gently for 3-5 mins and then add half a cup of warm water and cover with a lid to steam for 5-10 mins.
3️⃣ Place the noodles into a big bowl or pan and cover with the sauce and mix well. Add the steamed broccoli and some nigella seeds and mix well. .

If you saw my last post, you know I made chickpea peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious so I had to make them again. This time, I wanted to switch it up so I added tahini, some date syrup, and less chocolate chips to keep it more on the healthy side. I was gonna pass on the maple syrup for these ones but I needed to add it since it wouldn’t blend in the food processor. Either way, these are so addicting! My mom & I go through a batch of these in 2-3 days 🤭 So delicious!
